Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped within 24 hours between Monday – Friday before 4pm Pacific time, orders made on Friday after 4pm will be shipped the following Monday

We Ship Everywhere within the United States

We do not ship to P.O Boxes or APO/FPO addresses

In the event that your items is/are unavailable a customer care representative will contact you

Delivery times may vary depending upon the items ordered, time also vary depending upon whether the billing and shipping information are accurate.

Your package will be shipped Via UPS Monday thru Friday at 5pm pacific time (except U.S Holidays) most packages arrive within 2-8 business days (not a guaranteed service) shipping charge will be determined on zip code and UPS charge.

All deliveries are subject to the carrier’s terms & conditions.

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and the instructions to track your order online.


In order to return merchandise, you must obtain an RMA (Return Manager Approval) number from our customer service department. With approval you may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging and wrap also original packing slip within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping charges.

We charge 20% restocking fee for any merchandise not returned in its original condition and packaging.

Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be returned.

Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages unless we made an error.
